Terms and Conditions Referral Program – Galvez Insurance Agency
Eligibility Anyone over the age of 18 may participate in the referral program. You do not need to be a current client of the agency to refer someone. The program is available only in states where Galvez Insurance Agency is licensed to operate (Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Washington, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, Idaho, Kansas, Virginia, New Mexico, Oregon, North Dakota, Tennessee, Nebraska, and Missouri).
How It Works • Recommend a friend, family member, or contact who is interested in purchasing auto, home, life, or business insurance. • Share your information (name and preferred contact method), as well as your referral’s details. • The referral is not required to purchase insurance for you to participate. We only ask for their consent to be contacted. • You choose: – Receive a $5 USD gift card, or – Enter the drawing for a $50 USD gift card.
Limits • Only one reward is allowed per valid referral. • Retroactive referrals are not accepted. The referral must be registered under your name at the time of the agency’s first contact.
Definition of Valid Referral A valid referral is a person who: • Has not previously been a client of the agency. • Resides in one of the states where the agency holds an active license. • Has provided contact information with authorization to be contacted. • Has been successfully contacted by the agency.
Additional Conditions • All rewards are subject to verification. • If a referral is removed or withdraws their consent for any reason, the corresponding reward may be voided. • The program may be modified, suspended, or canceled at any time without prior notice. • Employees and direct family members of agency staff are not eligible to participate. • By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
